1. Occupancy

Only the number of guests specified in the reservation are allowed to stay overnight.
Visitors are permitted only with prior approval from the host.
Parties, events, or gatherings are strictly prohibited unless explicitly authorized in writing.

2. Noise and Quiet Hours
Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
Excessive noise at any time is not permitted.
Please be respectful of neighbors at all times.

3. Smoking, Alcohol, and Drugs
Smoking is not permitted indoors. 
Illegal drugs or substances are strictly prohibited on the premises.
Excessive alcohol consumption leading to disturbance or damage is not permitted.

4. Pets
Pets are not allowed to enter the apartment.

5. Cleanliness and Care Guests are expected to keep the apartment in a reasonably clean condition.
 Furniture and appliances must not be moved or misused.
Any spills, breakages, or damages must be reported promptly.

6. Safety and Security
Do not tamper with safety devices (smoke detectors, fire extinguishers, etc.).
Always lock doors and windows when leaving the apartment.
Lost keys or access devices may incur replacement fees.
If you lock yourself out on the terrace or from the apartment the costs are charged to the guest.

7. Damage and Liability Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay.
The host is not responsible for personal belongings lost, stolen, or damaged.

8. Check-In and Check-Out
Check-in time: from 16h00
Check-out time: until 11h00

Late check-out or early check-in is subject to availability and approval.

Failure to comply with these House Rules may result in termination of the stay without refund.
