Algemene voorwaarden

By making a reservation and occupying the apartment, the guest agrees to the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Booking and Payment
Full payment must be received according to the booking terms. Reservations are not confirmed until payment is completed.

2. Cancellation and Refunds
Free cancellation with a 100% refund until 5 days prior to check-in. After that date, refunds will not be granted. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to the agreed cancellation policy. 

Guests can cancel a booking by contacting the host directly to manage the cancellation.

3. Use of Property
 The apartment may only be used for residential purposes. Subletting or commercial use is strictly prohibited.

4. Maintenance and Access
 The host or authorized personnel may access the apartment for maintenance, repairs, or emergencies with reasonable notice, except in urgent situations. Guests must report any maintenance issues as soon as possible.

5. Limitation of Liability
The host shall not be liable for injury, loss, or damage to guests or their belongings except where required by law. Guests agree to use the apartment and its facilities at their own risk.

6. Termination
 The host reserves the right to terminate the stay without refund in case of violation of house rules, illegal activity, or behavior that endangers others or the property.

7. Governing Law
 These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Spain and Andalucia.
